Which ad platforms do you support, and how does Vividli connect?
Currently Meta Ads and Google Ads, which cover the majority of what most agencies run for their clients. TikTok Ads is coming soon. You connect accounts once during onboarding via secure OAuth. Vividli reads performance data only and never makes changes to your campaigns or spend.
How does Vividli know when to send the report?
Vividli connects to your Stripe account and checks every morning for invoices due the following day. When one is detected, the report goes out automatically at 8am AEST. For clients not on Stripe, you can set a fixed monthly send date instead.
How long does setup take?
Getting started takes about 15 minutes. You tell us your client details, connect their ad accounts, and Vividli handles everything from there. No technical knowledge required.
Is the AI commentary actually good, even when results are down?
The commentary is designed to read like a senior account manager: specific to each client's actual numbers, written plainly, and honest about poor results while still framing a path forward.
Do my clients know it's automated?
That's up to you. The report uses Vividli's current sending setup while carrying your agency branding, client tone, and positioning. Most agencies present it as part of their standard reporting process.
Is my data secure and is there a lock-in contract?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Vividli only reads aggregate ad performance metrics, never personal customer data. There is no lock-in contract: monthly subscription, cancel any time.
